Human Resource Assitant / Executive
Responsibilities :
- Provide human resource support in all aspects: recruitment, performance appraisal, compensation and benefit, leave, medical, training, etc.
- Recruitment of non-executive staff in timely manner to meet company's operational requirement.
- Compensation of staff payroll accurately and on time using UBS system.
- Submission of payments to statutory bodies according to legal requirement.
- Managing staffs' training and development according to the company objectives.
- Carrying out market research and survey for the purpose of updating human resource policies.
- Handle all related foreign workers matters.
- Ensure all data relating to the employees are kept confidential and accurately.
Requirement :
- Diploma, Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resource Management course OR any related discipline.
- Familiar with the Employment Act and Industrial Act.
- Possess excellent communication skill in both written and spoken English, Bahasa, and Mandarin will be advantaged.
- Good natured, friendly, and good interpersonal skill.
- Able to communicate well at all level.
- Must be self-motivated, aggressive and dynamic and able to work independently in a fast growing environment with minimum supervision.
