Responsibilities :
  • To be trained in operation of supermarket
  • Further understanding the operational possess and defining the gaps for improvements
  • Articulate the concerns face, provide recommended solutions and follow up on bringing matters to closure to the concerns
  • Comprehend the operation aspects of the branch operation & provide / implement area of improvement
  • Rolling out QCC (Quality Control Circle) and its relevant activities
  • To perform duties as and when requires by line manager
  • Report to branch operation manager
 
Requirement :
  • Candidate must possess SPM, Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in any relevant field
  • Willing to work long hours and weekends
  • Must be self motivated and possess drive to get thing done with good team building and people management skills.
  • Possess an excellent interpersonal and communication skill.

Human Resource Assitant / Executive
 
Responsibilities :
  • Provide human resource support in all aspects: recruitment, performance appraisal, compensation and benefit, leave, medical, training, etc.
  • Recruitment of non-executive staff in timely manner to meet company's operational requirement.
  • Compensation of staff payroll accurately and on time using UBS system.
  • Submission of payments to statutory bodies according to legal requirement.
  • Managing staffs' training and development according to the company objectives.
  • Carrying out market research and survey for the purpose of updating human resource policies.
  • Handle all related foreign workers matters.
  • Ensure all data relating to the employees are kept confidential and accurately.
 
Requirement :
  • Diploma, Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resource Management course OR any related discipline.
  • Familiar with the Employment Act and Industrial Act.
  • Possess excellent communication skill in both written and spoken English, Bahasa, and Mandarin will be advantaged.
  • Good natured, friendly, and good interpersonal skill.
  • Able to communicate well at all level.
  • Must be self-motivated, aggressive and dynamic and able to work independently in a fast growing environment with minimum supervision.
